Starter Business Website is the service offering I built for Filipino small businesses that need a web presence but cannot afford a full agency. The deliverable is a single-page static site with a handshake, not a retainer, and I reuse the same component library across every build so the marginal cost per client drops.

Three demo templates ship with the repo: a food business page (menu, location, hours), a resort page (room gallery, rates, booking link), and a church page (service times, about, contact). Each template is a standalone Netlify-deployable Vite + React project with Tailwind for styling. The landing page in the root explains the offer and links to the samples.
The business model is simple: PHP 5,000 one-time, deploy within a week, the client owns the code. No monthly fee, no CMS maintenance, no “we will handle your SEO” upsell. I built it because the micro-agency taught me that most SMEs around here do not need an AI chatbot — they need a website that works on a phone and shows up on Google Maps.
The repo also contains a UGC portfolio system — templates, script formulas, and production trackers for the video content arm of the same offering.
