ApplyGuard PH

Free browser tool that scores Filipino remote job posts before you apply. No login, no backend.

ApplyGuard PH scan page with 'Is this remote job worth applying to, or a trap?' form, Apply/Caution/Skip verdict tags, and the scan-a-post input.
Actual running UI — the scanner page with form fields for job title, skills, experience, pay, and base.

Settings page — preferences (name, pay floor, currency), backup/export controls, and the reset-everything kill switch.

Filipino remote job seekers paste the same sketchy Upwork post into three group chats asking “legit ba ‘to?” ApplyGuard PH is the tool I wished existed — paste a post, add a few quick details, get a verdict (Apply / Caution / Skip), a fit score out of 100, a scam-risk level, missing-info flags, and a copy-paste prompt for your own ChatGPT or Claude thread.

Everything runs client-side. No sign-up, no subscription, no paid APIs. Persistence is localStorage only. The May 2026 MVP added premium motion on the paste box and scan-form inputs after the core scanner shipped.

I built it because the micro-agency and Yusel AI work taught me how Filipinos actually evaluate trust online — fast, skeptical, and usually on mobile. ApplyGuard is the free public slice of that instinct: help someone decide before they waste an afternoon on a bad application.
